New standard method for resolving 3-way ties on the ABT

In Response To: New standard method for resolving 3-way ties on the ABT (Bob Koca)

All players with 3 or fewer loses keep playing until a winner is determined.

Let say in round 12 there are 3 players who are 10-2, and can still win the event. Two of them play each other. The third one does NOT get a bye -- she plays one of the 9-3 players.
