DMP 11 vs Odis

When I look at positions where there are a couple options and both seem favorable to me, I try to ask myself if one of these options is wrong which if it is the wrong choice could be a blunder. Here I see 2 viable options, the 5 prime or make the 5pt and split, due to all of his outfield blots.

Here it appears like splitting could be the blunder if it is not correct. If the 5 prime is not the best play, I can't see it being a very huge error.
