New standard method for resolving 3-way ties on the ABT

The standard relates only to the way the brackets are ultimately shown and who takes each of the top 3 positions. That completely determines the exact ABT point distribution using the existing formula. There is no change to the ABT points formula. Given that the ABT is taken care of, the TD is free to pay zero to the top 3 and give all the money to 4th place.
