Blue is at 7 - 7.5 rolls position.

White will enter roughly 50% of the time next roll and she will be at 6 - 6.5 rolls race. On other 50% she will dance, wasting a full roll, so add 0.5 roll to the count. This might repeat, but Blue's board will become weaker, so add maybe 0.25 roll for all these cases. So I'd put White at roughly 6.75 - 7.25 rolls.

7 roll vs 7 roll is a little less than 70/30, maybe 68/32. White is a little better than this here, so I'd put Blue somewhere between 60 and 65%.

Redoubling kills the cube, so the TP for White is straight forward 15/(42+15), which is slightly above 26%. AtS I'd offer the cube much more aggressively than for money, maybe at about 65%. I think I'm slightly weaker here, so I'd hold.
