Another boring speed board vs pips race

My opp was much more skillful than I had expected. Pardon me if you read here, most worthy opp, I most certainly will have to enjoy watching a couple of your matches soon.

So...what is technically correct here and show your work please .. ie how often does Blue win this ?!!?
