Snowie stats: Expected winnings and luck rate

Player A and B played 10 onepointers, analyzed by Snowie.

Average errorrate:

A 1.8
B 2.9

According to Snowie B expected to win 46.88 %, but actually won 50.00%

So from my point of view, B was lucky to win more than his share. Now the big surprise:

B's luck rate is negative: -0.306

How can it be negative? Am I missing something?

Another Question: Is the function of expected winning a linear relation to the difference in errorrates?

In case B's ER would have been 4.0, would his expected winnings be ~43.80%?

Thanks for your help.
