What a shame...a proper ratings list would really enhance our game (long and opinionated)

In order for a global rating list to work we need a global BG association that sanctions BG tournaments which count towards the rating list.

These sanctioned events would form the tour.

Tournaments outside the tour should not count on the rating list since competition in random events across the globe would vary too much in order for it to be fair to rate these mathes.
