Is there a tournament in Nice before Monte Carlo?

It is on CJC's calendar http://www.chicagopoint.com/calendar.html#anchor631942 but

1) The link goes to a page with no info about that tourney: http://www.wbf.net/

2) A google search for Casino Ruhl Backgammon gave no info about a 2009 tournament

3) Last year there was such a tournament in Nice but there was a date change from early July to Sept.

What is the story here?
