GnuBG and a database

Posted By: Klaus Evers

I didn't have the time yet (but probably will on next WE) to find out how to store all my match statistics in a separate database.

There has been already a built-in database in the very old versions of gnuBG, which happened to be not a REAL database but just a simple textfile technically, which doesn't meet my needs.

So, my questions are:

Can I store all my matchstatistics that I can find after a match analysis under Analyze -> Match/Session statistics in a database like mySQL or PostgreSQL?

I would then like to write my own queries against that database (show all my 7pt matches with an Snowie ER below X or all my DMP matches after June 1st).

Please let me know if you have done this before me and where I can find a good documentation or if it is not possible at all or possible but too buggy with the latest version of GnuBG.

Thanks for your support.
