WSOB in Cannes... entry fee?

From the website it says:

DIRECT BUY-IN for 2009 is 1250 Euros + registration, payable at the tournament cash desk.

Maybe my English isn't good enough: Does this mean direct buy in per event (Cannes, Prague, London) is 1250 Euros plus some unknown amount for registration? Or direct buy in for the final event (which I assume is on top of the three tournaments)?

I couldn't find any other, more precise details about the three events, and with only six weeks left before the first stop I think the organizers are pretty late in giving more information:

How much registration?
Is there also an Intermediate Tournament and how much entry + reg?
Added money?

...and some more.
