Is it possible to achieve the starting position twice during the same game?

First time being the initial one from which the game begins, the second one is the one that is achieved through sequences of moves.

Optimal moves ignored, this is more like a theoretical puzzle.. Rephrased: You could choose the dice and the moves for both players, could you achieve the starting position after the first move has been made?
