64P; 42P; 22

For the opening 42P; 22: best is to make the 22pt and 4pt.

However, for 64P; 42P; 22: best is the 20pt by .05.

What's changed? I would think that, with the 2pt made, that making the 4pt is even more important as part of the 2pt-7pt prime. Or is the strippage simply too much to bare?
