Cannes tourny questions

Looking at the standings page, next to the rounds is a square bracket number i.e. Round 1[7], what does this represent? The consolation section has an [11] in it. Doesnt make any sense to me at all. If someone could explain, that would be appreciated. How long are the matches etc? Whats the atmosphere like? Are these European events similar in feel to the large US ones? Just curious.

Side notes: Congrats to UBK on taking down the reigning world champ (Mochy), good luck to the rest of the competitors. Will Bob continue his mighty WSOB run? Hope so!
