Not a wise decicion, Neil.

European tournaments have the best equity and offer a lot of value. For a player of your class and level, they should be a "must". Also for the organizers of those tournaments, having big names such as yours is helpful.

Just because of a very few black spots, you shouldn´t spit on the entire face of a continent with thousands of honest players.

Using Ray´s quote here: Be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.

Attend, play, win, and help the TDs to spot and bust the cheaters with your experience for the benefit of the game and prevent others to avoid a specific country or region to play backgammon. That´s needless if this game has to have a future.
