Why don't people post things like this about American tournaments?

maybe I'm naive but I've seen little in the US; the occasional rigged match related to side pools -- as in Vegas 4-5 years ago; the known cheaters primarily (?) in big money side games; and my lone experience -- a guy in Vegas 3-4 years ago who several times played illegally and snatched up his dice, then disputed my corrections; I told him we could call the director or thereafter we could leave our dice on the table till the opponent acknowledged the roll and play; that resolved the problem;

but, generally, it seems to be a cleaner, more 'gentlemanly' game here than my impression of the European circuit
