solutions for dice cheating

i have talked to andy bell and neal kazaross it is very diffcult to prove somebody is a dice mechanic even though everbody knows he is one.the device that phil simborg mentioned should be available if any player requests one for a match. maybe everyone should have their own.the cheater should not be able to touch the dice in anyway and any player playing one of the suspected cheaters should be warned of his reputation, some might not know.the process of publicly using this device on them repeatitely might shame them into not showing up any more .the other way of cheating ,checker shuffling might be stopped if all matches were recorded or video taped .one of the suspected cheaters will not let you videotape his match.
