Slotting and splitting

The position below arose in a recent chouettes game. The box considered 13/9, 11/8, but eventually decided on 11/4. Investigating the position with gnubg afterwards, I was startled to find that an expert-level rollout recommended 24/20, 8/5 by a noticeable margin: -0.164 versus scores ranging between -0.203 and -0.209 for the five plays 13/9 8/5; 24/21 13/9; 24/20 13/10; 13/9 11/8; 11/4. Is this really correct? Do other bots concur?
