Falafel Cube Decision from Georgia Part II

I purposely haven't given you the analysis to this thread yet so I could post my follow up question. Here is what I perceive as the pertinent information. Match to 9, Falafel is losing 2-4. The time controls are 12 second delay and they each started with 22 minutes reserve time. Falafel's opponent, a chess player, is down to 2:36 left in his reserve bank when the following position comes up.

The score (after 0 games) is: gnubg 4, Falafel 2 (match to 9 points)

Move number 3: Falafel on roll, cube decision?
