100 islanders logic puzzle

An island has 100 islanders, all of them are extremely good at logic and thay all know that. 10 of them have two blue eyes and the other 90 have two green eyes. There is a firmly held tradition that if on some day an islander learns that he has blue eyes that he will commit suicide the next morning.

Fortunately there are no mirrors or reflective surfaces around and no one ever talks about others' eye colors. There is also an oracle on the island that is known to only make true statements. Each morning all the islanders gather to hear the pronouncement. One day the oracle says "There is at least one islander here with blue eyes." What happens regarding suicides because of that pronouncement?
