GNU Batch analysis problem

I started a 3-ply batch analysis in gnubg (latest build) by selecting multiple .txt format money sessions.

I left the analysis running overnight. The first session had completed about 33% when I left it.

This morning gnubg shows "cancelled" next to the first three sessions and there's no output in sgf format in the newly created analysed folder.

I stopped the current session (about 25% complete) and the 3-ply analysis was complete up to that point.

I'm certain nobody could have cancelled the analysis overnight.

Help please!
