Not so friendly reminder for TDs next year

Not much has been posted about it of late, over the past X months, but I wanted to send out my friendly reminder that it is hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiighly unlikely that I will attend any tournament in 2010 where it isn't clock preference for the main event. 'Clock preference' meaning if one player wants to use a clock and a clock is available it's used.

Other people share my opinion but I don't know if they're stubborn enough to abstain from attending tournaments. The entire clock package adds so many good things to the game I fail to see why it isn't in place. It also opens up many opportunities for backgammon to grow.
