World Gaming Center Dice

I decided to take world gaming center dice to see what my script produced there. I chose WGC because Jim Borror was a developer there and I know from examining the script that mersenne twister is used, I got these results:
Rolls 11 1880
Rolls 21 3845
Rolls 22 1896
Rolls 31 3784
Rolls 32 3797
Rolls 33 1864
Rolls 41 3694
Rolls 42 3747
Rolls 43 3774
Rolls 44 1873
Rolls 51 3821
Rolls 52 3728
Rolls 53 3692
Rolls 54 3848
Rolls 55 1831
Rolls 61 3758
Rolls 62 3738
Rolls 63 3698
Rolls 64 3750
Rolls 65 3716
Rolls 66 1887
Total Rolls 67621
These results are much closer to what one would expect. Total doubles 11231 for a percentage of 16.61% much closer to the 16.67% that you'd expect (eyeballing it each double seems to be reasonably close). I'll post more complete statistics than this tomorrow, however my main point is that I believe that the SHG dice do not seem to track what we'd expect to see even with much larger sample sets and the results are too consistent between completely different sets of data to be coincidence.
Either my Script and Womacks method of parsing the MAT files have the same bug (independently), or there is something unusual with the data.
I am willing to make all my data available to anyone that is interested.
