Suggestion for where to look for a bug

This is what I suggested was a culprit when I emailled SHG. Its clear only doubles are being skewed. Other combinations seem closer to what one might expect, so its natural to assume that one possibility is the first roll code being used inappropriately.

I'd say we need to let Jim investigate, and see what he can find.
