Suggestion for where to look for a bug

The doubles seem to appear almost with exactly half the probability they should. If the hypothesis, that the code that discards doubles on the first roll also is used at other times, is true, one could maybe see a pattern of when there never occurs any doubles. One theory that should be easy to verify/falsify given your samples is the following:

Assume that the if-statement for checking whether this is the first roll of the game (say, roll 0) or not is wrongly implemented and only checks if the least significant bit of the number of the roll is 0, one would never see doubles on the even numbered rolls. Is this true? Or can you see any other pattern of when doubles do/don't occur?
