This seems straightforward as well since there are few candidates. 24/23. Would Blue like to split. YES! Often it can be dangerous to split the back checkers -- a deterrent. Here there is none. 1) White has no board. 2) White is on the bar so he can't attack.

Summary: 6/3*, 24/23.
