I also chose 13/11 10/9 only because nothing else looks truly constructive. Slotting six points away looks really nice if missed, plus spreading out the builders.

I considered 4/3* with either 10/9 or 13/11 but I'd usually not admit I considered those plays. (I have a fondness for that type of stuff and a bunch of large blunders in my matches to prove it.) That type move doesn't look remotely plausible here as the position is solid.

13/11 7/6 looks not terrible but not good either, 10/7 looks better but very boring, so by default of having something interesting going on it's 13/11 10/9. Plus Chuck and Neil chose it so it can't be too bad at all.
