Thanks for correcting the math and my name, and while my post may have come across as all negative, I should have said that I really enjoyed your analysis, otherwise I would not have bothered correcting it.

Regarding starting-over equity: The g11 match equity table says 1a-2a post-Crawford is 51.2%, which is 1.2% more than the 50% you get without the free drop. To convert match winning chances (MWC) to equivalent money game equity (EMG) at double match point we have EMG = 1.0 * MWC - 1.0 * (1 - MWC) = 2*MWC - 1.0, thus, obviously, EMG = 0 for the starting position at 1a-1a and the starting position at 1a-2a is worth as much as a position with EMG = 0.024 at 1a-1a.
