I don't know Ian, just wanted to chime in that I use Firefox and it remembers my password just fine. Every time so far anyway. I'm using v2.0.0.3

I haven't used IE for several years. What a relief that most site have managed to get away from their IE specific crap, I can't stand that browser. Opera was a good sub for awhile but then Firefox got good and it's even better then Opera as far as site's that it handles (or that handle it, supposedly Opera is more compliant, but all I know is fewer sites break in Firefox)

Sorry, no help here. I wonder if it's somehow OS specific combined with Firefox, I'm running a VERY old windows. Maybe you have your Firefox emptying cookies and cache when you close it? That's in the options. It wouldn't remember passwords after that.
