After he calls the flop you likely have him beaten. He could be playing any two cards here. Or he could be slowplaying Q5 or something. Either way, I'd bet here. The question is if you get raised, do you fold, because you're likely looking at 4 outs, since if he had anything weaker than AQ he probably would have raised the flop unless he spiked the jack. Depends on your read, I guess, but I'd probably fold to a raise.
