ROFL... I am not awake and followed the link and read the rest of the emails. All I can say is so fuckin' pathetic. A major site hassling someone who fulfilled all the terms & conditions put forth by the site for THIRTEEN BONES!? Then support has the nuts to say:

In conclusion, you can cash out your initial $20 deposit or continue and play, thus proving us wrong. Unreal. Oh, if I play more you'll REALLY give me the money? Oh OKAY! I don't care if the guy was 'bonus hunting', he has the right to do so. He fulfilled all the terms & conditions they set forth legally, pay that man, pay that man his money.
