2+0+0+0 = 4

Really?

96+2 = 98

Nice recovery! (Is this a counterexample of the "two wrongs don't make a right" axiom?)

A couple more algorithm results: 10%+-2 pips says: Double (but no Redouble), Take for $-play. Kleinman Count (without any distribution adjustment) and using my conversion to % cubeless-gwc gives Blue 72% chances of winning the game -- borderline $-double (but not a redouble).

Having seen the rollouts it seems that the penalty for White's flawed distribution (part of the Keith Count, among others) is indeed an important part of the correct calculation.
