In Response To: NY Ruling Dispute (Stick)

1. Blue's turn is not over because the dice were still on the playing surface. (There was no dispute about this so the "giving notice" clause doesn't apply.)

2. Fair play would say that Blue may not claim a premature roll from White. But technically White rolled too soon and should be warned not to roll until opponent's dice are clearly up. And Blue should be warned not to interfere with rolled dice if he wants to take advantage of the "premature actions" rule.
