In Response To: Another NY Tourney Hitch/Ruling (Stick)

1. Check with the players if they can agree on a common decision.

2. Check the camera if in a casino and monitored and impose a penalty on the infracting player for holding up the game and the tournament.

3. Ask witnesses, if any, and in private.

4. Discuss it with the ruling committee, if any and if absolutely no clue for the decision, let them high roll and give them both a warning.

Additional question: Why didnīt play B object when player A was moving his checkers BEFORE he picked his dice up? There is a clear difference of moving checkers to play 66 than 65 and very visible.
