Sorry, I didn't see the -3-3 match score (was thinking money). I prefer running with 18/7 in that case.

My main point about the timing being an important issue still stands. If you move Brown's spare in the other direction, from 8pt to 3pt, then I would bury with 8/1 7/1 (or at least it will be closer if wrong) even at the match score.
