Better never than late?

(1) Opponent has the cube already -- was that due to the match score? For money play, does cube position make a difference?

(2) I think the blot on the 20 point stopping opponent from freely making a board outweighs the downside of being pointed on, so my choice is between making a semipermanent asset with 15/10 or 13/9 10/9. Either could be right, but I'd make the 9 point, which seems to close down Opp on his side of the board a bit better, in exchange for giving him some chances to make an attack against 2 blots, which is not likely to be effective since he only has 7 checkers to work with.

(3) Is the bot as likely to play the Opp's side as well after 20/15 as after the two other plays?
