Danny: we have them in our archives, but it would be much faster if you send them yourself

GammonEmpire does keep copies of match log files, says Customer Rep Danny (no other GE Customer Reps seem to know this), but they're apparently stored on deteriorating wax cylinders deep underground in a Wallachian salt mine accessible only by mule train. That explains why it's much faster to freeze a customer's account, wait for him to log in and then ask him to send copies by email.
