Blue:

Shift n-5 checkers 2 pips backward to n-3 and midpoint checkers 1 pip forward to S1.

Back checker is 3, four checkers on S1 is 4, remaining checkers is a poof. Total is 7.

Does this poof have a name? I see it come up fairly often.

White:

Shift the four back checkers to n15 and shift n7 and n4 checkers to S1.

Back checkers on n15 is 10 (double pair), S1 checkers is 3, triplet on n2 is 1. Total is 14.
