Paying now only slightly correct but for a number of small reasons. If you get away with it it's cube city and let the other person decide if they can take or not. If you get away with it you don't have to worry about those six nasty double blot numbers. If your opponent had less timing on his side of the board and might trash his board it would be correct to wait, as it is those two checkers on his 7 & 8 pts. afford him enough timing to justify your dash for the cash.
