Ugly bearoff races

An ace with White: 5/4. A deuce with White: 5/3. An ace with Blue: 3/2. A deuce with Blue: Probably close between 6/4 and 4/2 (5/3 is okay but putting a third checker on the 3 just looks wrong). My preference is for 6/4.

The 3 point is not very important with plenty of checkers on the 6, 5, and 4 points. The reason is that 3s can be played 6/3 with no wastage. The 3 point does become a concern if the 6 point is empty, say.

Moving from the highest stack to the lowest stack is generally correct, particularly if you can't slot a new point (so that means 5/4 in White's case).
