I started this project in August 2008 or something like that. If Neil hadn't joined a little later, I am sure it would have taken an extra 3 years or so to finish. He not only did a huge percentage of the rollouts and work, especially the extrapolation, he was invaluable in pushing me to keep things moving. So, I will take this opportunity to publically thank Neil for everything he did to make this happen.
