Likely it is a D/T. Blue has the two inner board blots, White's got the 5 point, and he has the score going for him. That said, the take is very easy. No one is going to pass with the blot on the 2 point. There aren't all that many big market losers (11 & 22, or other doubles with a poor followup by Blue). I doubt I would double this in practice.
