14/11, 13/12. More building potential for a counterprime, and not enough shots IMO to make it too big.

Even if we get hit, it doesn't end the game unless he still has cube access. The odds have to favor us anchoring before he can blitz us off the board. That gives us two ways to win--late shot, or again with the counterprime if while we're anchoring, he fails to escape all his back men.
