Interesting.

First off I think we are better off putting our eggs in the counterprime basket than stepping up in Stick's board. So 24/23 is out for me.

Note that non-doublet {4,5,6} for Stick make out barpoint. After that his game gets a lot better. This means two things: we want to make our barpoint before he does and rolls which hit us in our outfield that duplicate his barpoint making numbers aren't so bad.

Thus we don't want to leave him 3's (ruling out 13/10, 13/12) but otherwise we want our checkers spread out ready to pounce. (Note leaving a direct shot, even if it's a six, seems like overdoing it.) That leaves us with...

14/11, 13/12.
