8/2 8/6 is tempting because the other play looks so ugly. However, if we count shots, 8/2 4/2 isn't as immediately bad as may appear. I think only 10 numbers leave a shot next roll. Blue may miss the spare on the 4 point later, but the spare on the 6 point after 8/2 8/6 seens a mixed blessing. The distribution looks nicer, but I'd just as soon clear the 6 point than put a spare on it. So, I'd play ugly here. 15/36 immediate shots at the 8 point are too many.
