42 vs 42 can be calculated exactly by looking at wins in the 1296 2 ply sequences. Remember that you need 25% which is 324 for the take.

White wins in two ways: a) non-bearoff roll followed by a baroff roll. 17 *19 = 323 b) 21, non-bearoff roll, 21 (cashed with cube). 2*17*(1/19) is just under 2.

323 + 2 = 325. Take.
