You're posting primarily cube plays because you know how likely I am to get them wrong.

Here I think it's important to envision the game down the road a bit. Suppose a similar position with Ray also owning his 3-point AND Blue's checker currently on the Blue 5-point instead on the bar. (Put the rest of Blue's checkers on his acepoint.) Is that position a Take? If not, is it close to a Take?

Maybe that's not the right ref position but it looks to me like White has a way to to before he loses his market.
