I haven't gotten much into naccel since I've been using cluster counting for some time and I'm very comfortable with it. But I've started using nack 57 and I like it quite a lot. I've never tried applying it to naccel counts, so let me take a stab at this.

The steps are:

  • convert to pips
  • add 57
  • double
  • find the nearest square root.

You came up with a Blue count of 1(4). That converts to 1*6 + 4 = 10 pips. Adding 57 gives 67, which we double to get 134. The nearest square root is 12, so White's point of last take would be when he's 12 pips back.

Since Blue's converted pip count is 10, White can still take if he's as far back as 10 + 12 = 22.

White's naccel count of 3(2) coverts to 3*6 + 2 = 20, so he's got a comfortable take.
