I'm guessing White wins 30% gammons to Blue's 10%. That would give Blue a money take point of 32%. I think Blue does slightly better than that, so I make this a small take for money. Here, White's gammons are worth quite a bit more, Blue's gammons are worth quite a bit less, and Blue doesn't get as much use out of the cube.
