I did indeed account for that...the whole thing is symmetric around 0, so in 20 games, you'd have

2.5% of the time: your opponent gains more than .58 equity from opening rolls 13.5%: your opponent gains between .29 and .58 34%: your opponent gains between 0 and .29

with the same percentages for your gains as well.
