To put a quantitative spin on this, differences of 0.07 or 0.11 are 2 j.s.d. and 0.06 or 0.12 are 3 j.s.d.

Your rollout for 20/15 found equity -0.1181 with 1 SD = 0.0108 and 0.093 behind 20/16 3/2. If another rollout of 20/15 were to find equity -0.100 or -0.136, then the difference between the two plays would be 0.075 or 0.111, or 0.018 less/more than 0.093. 0.018 is less than 2 SDs of your 20/15 rollout.
